Damaged Item Delivered

  3. Reverse Pick-Up: If approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up to collect the damaged item.
  4. Alternative Options: If reverse pick-up is unavailable, we will guide you through alternative options.
  5. Replacement or Refund: Once the item is collected, we will promptly ship a replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.
