Damaged item delivered

Step 1 – Contact us within 3 days of delivery on Milacosmeticsind@gmail.com in with pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.
Step 2 – We’ll review your request within 48 working hours.
Step 3 – If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pick-up to collect the item.
Step 4 – If reverse pick-up isn’t available, we’ll guide you through alternative options.
Step 5 – Once the item is collected, we’ll promptly ship your replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.
